FOR SALE: Montecito is a visionary eco-friendly low impact residential development project initiated by developers Louis and Saundra Hardy. The project is located halfway between the Panamerican Highway and the town of El Valle de Anton in the Province of Panama, San Carlos District. At an elevation of 1,000 feet and 14 km from the Pacific Coast, Montecito is 20 kilometers from El Valle de Anton, and 25 km from the markets, medical center and beach community of Coronado.

Made up of two fincas/ properties, the combined total area of Montecito is 40.66 Hectares (100.5 acres) with a total perimeter boundary of 2,886 linear meters (1.8 miles).

An appraisal was conducted by Panamericana de Avaluos of both properties on March 12, 2024. The combined appraised price is $1,107,000. The sale price is $1,075,000.

Both properties have ocean views and seasonal creeks. 612 meters of the east side of the project are adjacent to and access the Rio Calabazo. 500 meters of the west side of the project border the road, with direct access onto the property.
