First month is requested (prorated this July) and deposit of 200.00 (if withdrawn must be notified in writing (basta with whatsapp) 30 days before and the next month should not pay it, if not not notified 30 days in advance you must pay the next month and it would correspond to you the next month free as there is no refund.
The room has a large bed, 2-door closet, plastic drawer, one wooden boy, fridge inside the room, cable TV, internet wifi.
No smoking allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
No visits (negotiable)
No parties, no meetings or scandals are allowed at any time.
It would only be two people in the room and would be most of the time alone.
