This apartment is located in the PH Cuatro Casas, which was finished in 2009 returning to its old splendor four buildings which we call Casa Catalina, Casa Erhman, Casa Ardila and Casa De La Torre.

Casa Catalina is modernised colonial style and dates back to the 19th century. One of its owners was Don Nicanor de Obarrio procer de la independencia de Panamá de Colombia. The Ehrman House is Neoclassical. Next is the Ardila House with French-style balconies that were the result of renovation that was made to the building around 1928.

A few steps from the famous “Arco Chato” is this beautiful apartment with a unique personality, located in the Old Town on Avenida A, main road to access to the Old Town. Its unique modern decoration combined with Calicanto walls and pasta floors make it a special place.
