Casa Neuman is an emblematic restoration project winner of the 2014 real estate master award. It is located a few steps from Plaza Herrera, in the beautiful and quiet José de Obaldía street. The project consists of 4 buildings originally built during the last two decades of the nineteenth century. Three of them belonged to Don August Wilhelm Neuman's family.

The project consisted of 13 apartments, and 5 commercial premises. The buildings were joined internally by a large courtyard that connects them, and from where a beautiful aljibe of the colonial era could be rescued.

The apartment located on the last floor of the condominium, has 1 bedroom with its bathroom, guest bathroom and a beautiful private terrace overlooking the Bay of Panama, the city, the Causeway and Cerro Ancón, from where you can enjoy all the sunsets.
