Job description:
- Reception of client’s requisitions (quotations) and uploading in our internal system.
- Daily quoting of items with local and overseas suppliers to obtain the best offer for our clients. (Technical stores or Provisions).
- Knowledge of technical purchasing. (IMPA CODE).
- Knowledge of Marine stores.
- Managing of the general inbox.
- Negotiate payment terms with suppliers.
- Obtention of a new portfolio for both clients and suppliers.
- Managing of returned items both with suppliers and in our internal system.
- Experience in shipchandling of 3 years or more.

Level of Education: University (Bachelor Degree)

Organization and multitasking skills, Proactivity, Good Teamwork, Good stress management, Attention to detail. Advanced English is required.
