Be able to assist in the Marketing Section for Panamá a) Organizing Events such as conferences, video conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions, etc b) Contributing to the Sales Increase through the development of the market through plans, promotions c) Solve Member Inquiry d) Coordinate Marketing Materials such as : brochures, posters, flyers, DVD, etc. e) Update Data Base f) Conduct Marketing Research like Customer Survey g) Manage Marketing Budget h) Evaluate Campaigns & Promotions i) Monitor Competitor Activities j) Organize Mega Events k) Coordinate with local staff regarding local events & and their participation on the same l) Social Media: Update Facebook accordingly (reply member inquiry, promote our DXN Panamá Fans Page) m) DXN Panama Website: Coordinate with HQ to update the relevant information accordingly n) Eworld: Update accordingly* (Include Calendar of events, promotions, announcements, etc) o) Assist in the Preparation of Sales Analysis p) Quotations for venues, lodging, transportation required for Roadshow q) Customer Care (Whenever is needed) r) Any other duties concerned to this position

University

- Computer Skills
- Above 25 years
- Previous experience at least 2 years in the field
- Good customer service approach
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
