1The company is in the manufacturing industry and is currently in the preparatory phase. It is projected that a total of 100 local workers will be needed for production and operations.

3The company’s office is located within the Panapark Free Zone. But operations are being conducted in apartments at Brisa del Golf until construction is completed.

Requirements:

- English proficiency
- Must be familiar with labor laws
- 3-5 years HR experience, experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
- Familiar with Panama’s labor department procedures,managing external relations.
- Experience with chinese enterprises.

- Bachelor's degree on Human Resources or similar.
- Familiar with labor laws.

Tasks:

- Assist in handling local recruitment for the Panamanian manufacturing company.
- Prepare payroll and assist in designing compensation and benefits packages.
- Personnel-related tasks such as handling labor department procedures, attendance records, and HR document management
- Employee Relations Management. Handling employee complaints and disputes, maintaining employee relations.
- Other HR-related tasks and tasks assigned by the leadership.
