    - Employee Relations Management. Handling employee complaints and disputes, maintaining employee relations.
    - Other HR-related tasks and tasks assigned by the leadership.

    3The company’s office is located within the Panapark Free Zone. But operations are being conducted in apartments at Brisa del Golf until construction is completed.

    Requirements:

    - English proficiency
    - Must be familiar with labor laws
    - 3-5 years HR experience, experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
    - Familiar with Panama’s labor department procedures,managing external relations.
    - Experience with chinese enterprises.
