The double-sided book includes two sides, one that offers intense visual stimulation and one that offers subtle stimulation. The book is suitable for babies from the first day, when their view is still limited. Be sure to place the book at the right distance of the baby (8-12 inches/20-25 cm in the first 2 months).

If your baby seems restless or uncomfortable (small, avoid your look, etc.), adjust the level of stimulation.
