Playa Pelada is an amazing white sand beach right next to Guiones. It's a very interesting beach as it has some caves you can visit in low tide, with tide pools right in front. The beach also has a restaurant right in font of the ocean called La Luna perfect for sunset dinners.

This property has plenty of opportunity for development and can fit different concepts of construction. Nevertheless in my personal opinion one of the most valuable things about it is the trees it has, including one big Guanacaste tree that I hope can be conserved when the property is developted.
