However, the catastro plane of 2013 presents error in the corner reference and plane

In addition, in the assessment report No. 208-20404051394700-2022-U dated 1/4/2022, prepared by Ana Luisa Mayorga Jiménez, the district of Jesús María related to the A-1707809-2013 cadastre plane was assigned, as well as in the 22/2/2024 inspection report prepared by Diego Porras González.

The buyer accepts and acknowledges that the 2016 plane did not impose abrupt changes in the 2013 plane's waste: it maintains the distances of its liners, small differences of an updated measurement. The registration area had no variation and did not generate measurement rectification. The medular change of the 2016 plane corresponded to the correction of location of the property, in terms of the modification of the district and the reference to the corner of the plane.

Finally, the buyer agrees that the registration of the plane A-1940485-2016 is incorporated into the same act in the deed of transfer of this estate through a notary designated by the BNCR, in order to record the district of Labrador in the registration advertising of this property, assuming on its own and cost such registration.
