The National Bank of Costa Rica sells this property based on the plane A-0112552-1993, which is registered in Catastro and related to this property, as well as the 214-20306028074100-2024-R approved by Adrián Hidalgo Gómez and the sales poster. The property is located in the province 02-Alajuela, canton 16-Río Cuarto and district 01-Río Cuarto; however, in the registry study, catastral study and catastro plane is located the property in the province 02-Alajuela, canton 03-Greece and district 06-Río Cuarto. The above is due to the creation of the new canton 16-Rio Fourth according to Law No.9440 published in La Gaceta N°69 of 20 April 2018.
