Around 20 minutes of Jicaral, in the mountains of the Peninsula of Nicoya lies this 30ha (75 acre) farm with 23ha (56acre) teak plantation.

The farm is accessible all year round yet it would be difficult for big trucks at the moment. The road would probably need some improvement.
The Teak trees were planted in 2018 and 16.300 trees were planted. They have been maintained very well and there is a worker living on the farm to take care of the trees and to do the necessary branch cuttings and thinning.

The property itself is beautiful with amazing views over the Gulf of Nicoya and a pleasant topography. The property has a natural spring which has water all year round. The areas that are not planted with teak are planted with pasture for animal keeping and there is also a small forested part.
