The National Bank of Costa Rica sells this property based on the plane A-0796941-2002, which is registered in Register and related to this property, as well as the 214-21002038428200-2024-U approved by JHONATAN DUARTE RODRIGUEZ and the sales poster.
The potential offenders are warned that the property has an income servitude which is not registered at the level of the public registry, so it is recommended that the property be properly registered.
In this case the prospective purchaser must review and verify the property, prior to the purchase, and expressly accept the legal status and current status of the property; and commit to negotiate with the owners of the servant foundry and perform all the procedures and assume on his own the costs required to make the respective bondage to the National Register; waive any present and/or future claims and release from any liability to the National Bank of Costa Rica.
