Coffee production and processing project located in the upper area of Tilarán in the province of Guanacaste. The farm can be accessed by a 100% paved road by any of the 3 available routes: Through the Juntas de Abangares, or by Tilarán or by Guacimal de Puntarenas.

At an average altitude of 1100 meters above sea level, the coffee bean is produced with excellent results thanks to the selected varieties such as: Arabica, Marseleisa, Obata, Caturra and Geisha combined and considering the variables such as the height, soils, temperatures and rainfall of this beautiful area.

The coffee plantation of this farm is maintained with excellent and active agronomic process, being that the pruning, fertilization programs and the renewal of plantations are up to date.

The farm has a grain processing facility that operates normally at harvest and grain processing season. In the last harvest, the coffee production of this farm received a score of 86 points from the ICAFE institute as the governing office of the industry.

It has laundry piles and drying patios and cellar. It also has 3 coffee dryers that are activated by fire and electricity. It also has 2 calibrating machines for grain classification.

Other additional infrastructure of the farm are:
-Employees house.
-Nursery for coffee seedlings.

In addition to the coffee activity; there is a potential rural tourism project since the location and the coffee project as such, are within an area of high traffic of tourism from Monteverde, Guanacaste and La Fortuna de San Carlos.

For this reason, the owners previously offered agritourism service with a Coffee Tour and cafeteria . Unique coffee experience in the area!
