The farm is located in the community of San Vicente de Puriscal, just 40 minutes from downtown Puriscal, west of Costa Rica's Central Valley and halfway between San José and the Pacific Ocean.

The farm is located adjacent to Cangreja National Park, whose impressive forests give life to valuable sources of water, flora and fauna.

Upon arrival at the farm, a small agricultural trial of Messino lemon production is observed and later the infrastructure is in good maintenance conditions:

1. The main house, needs some minor and simple repairs.
2. House for the farm's caretaker and his family.
3. Warehouses for supplies, materials and maintenance equipment.
4. Covered corral.
5. Shelter for calves.
6. Stables for horses.

In another area of the farm, the owner started a bamboo project of the guadua species with excellent results in tests at the initial stages.

The farm is currently working on a project for the development and fattening of cattle. The pastures and the water streams are of good quality all year round available to support and to be expanded very easily and with sufficient capacity.

The farm's forest is subject to the PSA (payment for environmental services, by its acronym in Spanish) of the FONAFIFO program, with a current contract.

A fantastic rural place to develop rural, adventure or scientific tourism, taking advantage of the La Cangreja National Park environment to develop pro-environmental and social projects and activities.
