This dairy farm is located in a privileged area for its climate and for being an area of high surplus value from a tourist and conservation point of view.

The farm is located in the area of influence of the Cloud Forest, icon of the place. When foreign and national tourists visit Santa Elena de Monteverde they fall in love with the place, its people and the picturesque panoramic views.

The dairy remains active with reduced operation. It has a capacity for 45 to 60 cows in a milking parlor and adequate infrastructure for the easy operation of the business. The area is listed as a milk producing area of excellent quality.

In terms of conservation, the farm maintains and takes care of approximately 12 hectares of forest, which are subject to FONAFIFO Payments for Environmental Services (PSA) Program.
