In the mountains of Hojancha at around 700 meters of altitude near the village of Huacas we find this 4,5ha piece of land bordering a creek on one side.

The property has around 1,5ha (3 acres) of teak plantation which is around 8 years old. The rest of the property is relatively flat and covered in pastures. The village is in walking distance and offers a school, church, and a basic shop. For bigger errands, banks, and restaurants, Hojancha is around 15 minutes’ drive away.

The property has a natural spring, but public water and electricity are also available.

Beautiful beaches such as Carrillo or Playa Samara can be reached in under an hour by car.
