This 26ha (65 acres) farm is located on the Nicoya Peninsula which is one of the best areas in Costa Rica to grow teak. 22ha (55 acres) of the farm are planted with 5 year old teak. The farm has a perfect topography for teak and the trees are in a very good condition.
The remaining 4ha (10acres) consist of some more agricultural land and some natural forest at the river that is bordering the land for about 200m on one side. The farm has a deep well and comes with public water and electricity.
