The world's smallest and lightest telephoto lens zoom lens for mirrorless and full frame cameras with Sony E mount

The 70-300 mm F/4,5-6.3 Di III RXD (A047 model) lens for mirrorless cameras with Sony's full frame E frame mount is designed and created so that photographers of all levels can comfortably enjoy high quality images. It covers a wide range of TV and, however, is the smallest and lightest in the world in its class, with 5.8 inches long and a weight of only 19.2 oz. The 70-300 mm RXD is a versatile goal to photograph landscapes, action, pets and wildlife.

A high resolution telephoto lens zoom lens for mirrorless cameras with Sony E mount that is powerful, portable and funn

In order to make the 300mm lens focal length more fun and accessible, Tamron was especially focused on designing a zoom lens with small and light lenses. With the idea of transforming the conventional concept of a lens lens, the model of 70-300 mm F4.5-6.3 has only 148 mm long with a maximum diameter of 77 mm and a weight of only 545 g (19.2 oz). This gives users the freedom to concentrate completely on taking without worrying about the size or weight of the target. In addition to those who wish to make shots with real telephoto for the first time, the target is also recommended for people using cameras that have integrated image stabilization, as they can leave the tripod at home. Of particular importance, when coupled with the Sony E mounts of the APS-C size, this zoom adds additional reach to the lens and remains comfortable to manipulate. Users can enjoy taking photographs with more powerful telephoto lens effects with a maximum focal length of approximately 450 mm2.

Logrates the best combination between light weight and incredible optical performance

The optical zoom design of 70-300 mm F4.5-6.3 was perfected with several complete simulations with the latest technologies. With a high priority in terms of reduced size and weight, Tamron selected the opening of F6.3 for the lens end in order to obtain a thin barrel and extraordinary lighting. To save even more weight, we use aluminum alloy and high strength magnesium specially treated. It is the first time that Tamron uses this material in the assembly components of a lens for cameras without a full frame mirror. The new design maintains excellent resistance and, at the same time, successfully reduces the weight by about 68 % compared to previous assemblies. The objective is composed of 15 elements in 10 groups with an appropriate layout of the elements of the low-dispersion target (Low Dispersion, LD). With the elimination of waste to an extreme degree, Tamron reduced the weight and, at the same time, achieved a very high image quality in the models of 70-300 mm F4.5-6.3. The aberrations, such as axial chromatic aberration (which tends to occur in remote designs), have been corrected. The end of 300 mm, which receives a particularly frequent use in a remote zoom, offers excellent high-resolution performance from the center of the image to the corners. The impressive bokeh (intentional defumination characteristics of the fund) is another outstanding feature of this new goal. The objects are accentuated against the beautiful effects of the soft bokeh of the background. To suppress the ghost effect and flashes, the goal uses Tamron's BBAR coating (English for Broadband Anti-Reflection), which is famous for its anti-reflection performance. In addition, the drive of the lens correction functions integrated into the Sony cameras allows users to enjoy enhanced functions and performance.

The high performance automatic approach system allows you to take advantage of each capture opportunity

The AF unit in the 70-300 mm F4.5-6.3 model includes an RXD motor drive to help you stay focused on the action. RXD uses an actuator to accurately control the rotation angle of the engine, which allows you to directly boost the focus objective without going through a reducer gear. A sensor that accurately detects the position of the target allows high speed and accuracy of AF, which is ideal when continuous shots of moving or video subjects are made. In addition, with a mild and silent approach system, the model of 70-300 mm F4.5-6.3 allows you to take photos without stress, without having to worry about the sound of the unit in a quiet environment.
