The first-level PD-100 full-sided gas mask of Parcil Safety is an integral solution for users seeking protection for the eyes, face, nose, mouth and airways. This respirator is designed specifically for DIY fans, resin workers and domestic use. PD-100 is reliable for strong protection against organic vapors and 95% of particles up to 0.3 microns.
The head harness contains 5 automatic locking points: one at the top and two at each side of the head. The harness is made of dense and durable elastic rubber, which maintains its shape and stability despite wear or heat conditions. The harness is easy to put and requires a simple pull of each of the tongues to ensure it. The rubber is soft, which reduces the shrimp against the hair or skin, and is placed far below the protection for the head.
Impact-resistant facial protector is designed for heavy work activities when the user needs protection against high-speed flying objects (such as in the case of sawing, grinding, hammering and a variety of other applications). It is resistant to scratches and stains for greater durability. The facial protector has a double convex shape, which increases comfort and offers a wider field of vision of more than 200°.
The nasal/oral cup and the facial seal are coated with soft natural rubber to comfortably settle on the user and maintain a hermetic seal.
The design of the intake and exhaust valves helps to place the PD-100 ahead of its competition. The exhaust valve, located at a downward angle within the oral/nasal cup, removes the dead air space to prevent CO2 inhalation and prevents the outside of the protector from being packed.
